The Society Captains are elected annually from the Membership and traditionally selected from the Clubs in the following club rotational order.

Sutton Coldfield, Olton, Nuneaton, Kenilworth, Coventry, Leamington & County, Edgbaston, Robin Hood , Stratford on Avon , Walmley, Moor Hall, Rugby, Ladbrook Park , Shirley, Coventry Hearsall , Harborne, Maxstoke Park , Copt Heath, North Warwickshire Handsworth, Atherstone.

N.B. In 1996/97 the captain chosen by Harborne had to withdraw at very short notice and Gareth Hughes (Stratford on Avon) kindly stood in, a Harborne captain was elected 2002/2003 after which the original club order was resumed.
