The Society Captains are elected annually from the Membership and traditionally selected from the Clubs in the following club rotational order.

Sutton Coldfield, Olton, Nuneaton, Kenilworth, Coventry, Leamington & County, Edgbaston, Robin Hood , Stratford on Avon , Walmley, Moor Hall, Rugby, Ladbrook Park , Shirley, Coventry Hearsall , Harborne, Maxstoke Park , Copt Heath, North Warwickshire Handsworth, Atherstone.

N.B. In 1996/97 the captain chosen by Harborne had to withdraw at very short notice and Gareth Hughes (Stratford on Avon) kindly stood in, a Harborne captain was elected 2002/2003 after which the original club order was resumed

In 2024 The captain from Olton also withdrew and the Kenilworth captain agreed to move his captaincy forward to 2025 to fill the gap..
